I am pleased to welcome you on our homepage. My name is Detlef Oeldemann and I am the managing partner behind accollo Immobilien KG. After studying economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, further training courses were carried out on the real estate broker (IHK), the real estate administrator (IHK) and the expert in the valuation of real estate, also at the IHK.

Real estate is a matter of trust, in conjunction with the right spacialist and market knowledge this statement also describes our corporate philosophy.

Thanks to our continuors further education, we can therefore provide our customers with uo-to-date knowledge, technical, legal or general advice at any time.

We have designed our core competence, the presentation and placement of well-maintained residential and commercial real estate, with a focus on the Middle Lower Rhine. In addition, we are also very committed to finding and communicating selected, high-quality holiday properties in the most beautiful lacations in Europe for our customers.

We listen to our customers and respond to their ideas and wishes. Always keeping an eye on the focus of our customers, we are prepared to respond quickly and flexibly to different market situations as well as the different constellations and to act in the interest of our customers.
